Nonsense. I know a lot of people center and right who got the vaccine. I know the progressive girl who works at the bong store doesnt want it.

It USED to be the left that was skeptical of big pharma and the medical industrial complex but now the right tends to be more skeptical and the left is basically a pharma advertisement.

Either way, people choosing not to take the shot due to the lack of long term research and the issues associated with the vaccine is perfectly reasonable. I also think people are not being totally honest. I know people have admitted that they continue wearing a mask solely because they do not want to be mistaken as a Trump supporter and people refusing the mask to not be lumped in with the left.

And I suspect much is the same with the vaccine. I am 100 percent sure that people on the left have very similar concerns and hesitancy but are not saying so .....and very possibly just saying they got the shot but have no real intention of getting it, so they do not get associated with right wingers.

Just like I know several right wing people who have gotten it and dont say anything because they dont want to lumped in with left wing sheep.

This is what happens when politics taints how people view science. No party is the party of "science" and making a vaccine a partisan issue ONLY clouds the reality of the issue.

But check this out.....you've had your pneumonia shot. You are in decent health. It's the Covid pnemonia that's been killing people. Pnemonia has been steadily killing people of all ages for decades.

I'm not saying toss all caution to the wind but there has been A LOT of fear pushing with this virus. Try to resist that. I mean anytime the government wants you be scared... resist that as hard as possible. Just do common sense and dont let it get your anxiety tweeking.
