Act would apply even to Presidents....except the sitting one Donald Trump and only after he leaves office in 2029.

What a load of crap.

If I were an American I'd ask why Trump deserves an exception to the rule.

so he can user Insider Trading to enrich himself and plunder at everybody else's expense?
