I live a few miles from Las Colinas. They are building new homes in NW Santee for $800,000-$1.5 million. I really dislike the modern architecture they are using though plus the lots are tiny; just a giant box with the smallest lot legally allowed. That is why I like that my home was built in 1988 because the lots were much larger and the one story homes have as much square feet as the new two story homes. Plus you get nice extras like a three car garage instead of a two car garage.

On, the downside the older houses don't follow the new trend of having more bathrooms than bedrooms but does anyone really need five bathrooms?

I used to live 13 blocks from that courthouse. I got arrested 9 times in 2018 so they know me there. I'm on the 'sheriff escort list' meaning they will follow me everywhere and if i was waiting to appear i was handcuffed to a bench or wall until my name was called. jails, psych wards, homeless shelters — become normal
