Has reported the site for hate crimes and such (attack on the site and its members)
Has pulled GPS location on a member, and tried exposing it (attack on the site and its members)

If you would like him to stay, sure. But I highly doubt anyone will be posting much imagery anytime soon. And several members will prolly leave, so you actually lose more good members than losing a bad apple that wants to harm the site.
