It's ridiculous that they're gonna give money out to a bunch of savages like the Taliban who are gonna pocket it or sell the supplies they send them on the blacK market.

The world should take a hard line on them, providing aid only if the Taliban relents and holds free elections and allows democracy plus human rights for its women.

The world gave them money for years.

I'd also mandate that aid would only come if the Taliban disarmed and gave back all the armaments it stole from countries like the US.

In other words total disarmament in exchange for humanitarian aid.

No exceptions.
