My wife helps manage one of the largest animal rescues in Georgia and she's been targeted by some guy overseas who wants all the dogs. She's received this email on the first day of every month now for the last 2 and a half years. Found out a few weeks ago there's a shelter in N. Florida that's shipping them out almost weekly.
