Those two have a long history of beating each other up. The previous arrest was because she beat him with a baseball bat and broke two of his ribs. They later reconciled and he dropped the charges. It sounds like an unhealthy codependent relationship. A guy in his 70's and a woman in her 40's with both acting like fools. No wonder der he got kicked out of office.
