Burritos can be different kinds of meat.

Moat Mexican food involve tortillas, cor. or flour..and a meat of some type. Peppers, mostly spicy, but not always, tomatoes, onions, tomatillos, are almost always involved.

Lots of spices too.

Ground beef isn't used as much as in Americanized Mexican food, actually.
