...of these forums is finally shuttering its doors. I personally want to thank Bastard Factory for everything he's done for me and everyone else. Yes, I give the stupid fucker a hard time, and it's because I like him. I don't like some of his actions, but the guy is one of a kind, a true character, much like Blurt. I wish him the best of luck in whatever endeavor he partakes in, I know he will be successful. This forum was my 56th home away from home, and I shall never forget the friendships, and the people I ran into.

Getting to the meat and potatoes of the subject. I must say it's been a pleasure verbally jousting with you all. You all have made me laugh more times than I can remember, and have given as good as you got. For that I cannot complain. It's all I could really ask for from a forum. The thing I will truly miss is community. Believe it or not people, we are a community. Even fringe posters like HolyMoses! are part of the collective.

Stellar things come to an end. As much as I would love to buy the forum or go in as partners with some of you to save this dive, I think in the long run this needs to happen. This is one of those moments of closure for Bastard Factory, he probably needs this chapter in his life closed. With this happening, it also closes a chapter in my life. Once this place goes tits up, I'm done. Officially over it, "retired." Not going to run to The Blue Cashew or anywhere else. I will have had my fill of combat themed forums for a lifetime. Now I get to drift off into the sunset like those who came before me...Evil Blood, That Dastardly Man, etc.

As I stated, I will miss you all, and those of you who have a special place in my heart know who you are, as you already got a personal message from me saying farewell. Well kids, it was a blast, a hoot, and a great time here. I hope that some of you like Fredricka find a home similar to this one and carry on the trolling and flaming. There's too few of us left, it's on you guys to keep it alive.

I must say, I believe I've said it before that you're not so bad yourself. You could use a bit more education, and some new variance in the adjectives you use, but overall you're a waaay better read than admin, Jack, and Alticus put together after being injected with 90 cc's of pure Hawaiian ice.
