BUT she was only 6 months old, sexual maturity comes around 10 months to a year ... basically next spring
I was aiming for a full release then ... she was still in training, how to be independent .. she went out and did it herself I guess LOL

The coon could be looking for a winter den. They don't really hibernate like bears but they do den up and at times stay there and sleep for long periods at a time. Has the weather turned colder there lately? I'm thinking yes because it is November.

See that could be the problem... heated,indoors,lights,noise.. all these things are not natural to a wild animal.
