It looks like a procedural case. Weird that the judge allowed the privileged notes of Trump's own lawyer to be used as evidence. Who is the judge that allowed that?
I don't know but the judge presiding in that district is a Trump nominee so you know these assholes deliberately put the case forth there so they could cry foul when the shotty case gets bounced

If libtards had half a brain they'd be concerned over the legal gymnastics being performed by the left just to smear this guy but alas... Orange Man Bad... so they dutifully comply like the good little vapid lemmings they are

He will be sculpted in bronze to achieve his omnipresent ruggedness, his form is a reflection brought on by society woes.. He is what others refer to as a reflecting pool, so any uneasy feelings brought on from his radiance are just a manifestation of your own struggle and plight for a humanity that will accept your misguided views

Would you post them then?..

But to avoid your low hanging fruit since this isn't meltdown, him getting indicted only goes to show his narrative is disrupting to the current narrative so unless this sleepy Joe NWO is what you encompass your encouragement to the fall of western civilization is inevitable..

You are a ruiner of temperance with your unjust biased opinion leaving behind the souls you abandon to wash up on the shores of despair

But of course I'll tip a few, just because your consumption leads to regret and tears .. leaving you empty and then you have to fish for reactions hoping to find some self worth in your delusions of grandeur..

Did your fear of Trump touch your no no places again.. maybe if you cry harder?

Meaning that the press is so thirsty for this story that they are grilling their office for info on a daily basis and are probably camped out there daily and we’re thrown a bone. The DA will not announce what the charges are until it’s been filed and becomes a matter of public record.

Well it's a moot point now because they've published the indictment today, which apparently was never requested to remain sealed or a judge declined to grant that motion.

Still, considering the facts that we have the first ex-president being charged with federal crimes who also happens to currently be a candidate (arguably the republican front-runner) for the presidency again the 'public interest' factor in this case is both undeniable and immense.

In the past the public was notified of status changes in investigations involving candidates/officeholders and swiftly provided detailed summaries of their conclusions via press conference when those investigations ended. By treating this case differently, with an apparent bias against the defendant, it plays right into the narrative of being essentially a "witch hunt" conducted not in the pursuit of equal justice but as part and parcel of a years-long persecution of someone who many in the political establishment find odious.

Other officeholders, including the sitting president, have been found to be in possession of classified documents and even of obstructing investigations into such matters by "bleaching" hard drives and destroying communication devices among other crimes. Why were they not charged and arrested? Do you not see that the rules for handling classified material aren't being applied consistently and the obvious difference between those incidents and Trump's indictment is the identity of the defendant?

We've reached the stage in our decline as a nation where the established power structure has ceased concerning itself with even the most transparent semblance of things like objectivity or impartiality. They have declared that abandoning principles and committing atrocities can be a good thing if we just hate the target(s) a really really whole lot.

It will not lead us to anyplace we want to be.

How could it?

You tards should do yourself a favor and read this indictment, I've realized Trump was a con man and buffoon for decades but the testimony and actual quotes make Trump sound nutty af

Read it again, and again, and keep reading it until you manage to figure out that I'm not "defending" him.

Or don't.

But if you don't kindly keep your half-assed partisan ill-informed opinions to yourself.

Thanks.
