A hoagie on a portion of a fresh crusty bread stick from the bakery. Ham, salami, sopressa, provolone cheese, onions, tomato, lettuce, oregano, dash of olive oil and vinegar. Glass of Sav Blanc. Takes me back to south Jersey when our catholic school had hoagie drives which we sold door to door (take orders and deliver a couple weeks later). Those things were bland as hell and the only vegetable matter on them was a tiny bit of lettuce and onion, but only a buck a piece or 6 for 5 bucks.

Usually, by this hour, I have chips and slices of cheese with my beer. Or leftover dinner.
I made a pizza just before bed but I'm regretting eating it now so late...
I'm not Italian but I grew up in areas where the food was served/sold.

Too much cheese or pepperoni? I find frozen is less greasy unless there's pepperoni or extra cheese on it.
It was homemade and light... but I get acid reflux if I go to bed to soon after eating anything.... and I refuse to take medications for that or anything else including headaches.

add a little sugar to your sauce next time. Anything with tomatoe sauce add a little sugar for acidity. My daughter had success with an otc med for GERD, I can't remember the name. She's an adult and handles her own health stuff now.
I hate sugar.... I've always avoided it since I was 12 years old and gave up on breakfast cereals.

I made a pretty good meal with some leftovers, used the last of my cream cheese and italian blended shredded cheese, then passed out before finishing it
