I had fried rice with egg and snap peas an d fresh harvested radishes for supper. Now I'm having a fried egg with cheese on a steamed bagel for a night snack.

Retirement is pretty cool after all.

Had olive tapenade hummus and sourdough pita chips for breakfast

I had five slices of thick cut applewood bacon that needed to be consumed, so I baked them at 375º to make them nice and crispy for a sammy. I put two half-slices strategically placed on the baking sheet to be a bit softer for immediate consumption.

Mmmmmmmm ... they were fucking good.

Then I made some seasoned french fries in the air fryer while I made a fried egg with a fat slice of colby jack getting all melty on top. I placed the egg with melty cheese on a nice soft bagel with a thin coating of peanut butter for taste-enhancement, and then topped it off with the rest of the bacon.

Mmmmm Mmmm Good!
