What is a mock nobody?

When Superman puts on those glasses and is magically transformed into an unrecognizable generic nerd that's a mock nobody. He isn't really a nobody, he's only cosplaying one.
 
In this case it's a deliberate misinterpretation of the post. Nothing more. The OP KNOWS what was intended by the post, was corrected over it and has now started a thread over the misinterpretation.

Is it really a "misinterpretation" to run with the literal meaning of what was actually poasted, or is it simply exploiting the inadequate communication skillz of someone who desperately needs to avoid admitting their own responsibility for the results?

If you paint your car monkey-snot green and people laugh your next move probably shouldn't be to insist that the car is actually a lovely shade of blue and anyone who says otherwise is deliberately misinterpreting colors.

The laughter will only get louder.

Not really.
Trump didn't literally by his own hand paint the pool green and say it was blue.
Someone in the administration tasked someone to hire someone to paint the pool and whether or not there's a disparity between the color *that* hireling thought they were using and the pool's actual color hasn't been reported as far as I've seen or heard.
