There isn't a number there for me but I recall the first time I felt like a genuine adult was when I went to high school and I noticed there was a lot of differences between the male students and the female students.

Not really my turning point to adulthood, but a huge leap. When I was 10 my father was having an affair with one of the mothers whose son played on the team he coached.. She would come over, pick him up daily and leave for hours while my mom was at work.. I knew what was going on.. soo.. I got out my piggy bank for change, hopped on a bus and took it to my mother's work and sat down and told her..... A 10 year old should never have to do that :(
