Yes, he did, more hostile than ever. I remember McConnell's first gathering with the GOP. However, he and the Democrats should have gone all the way. They didn't because they care more about their seats than the American people.
We know what the GOP is going to do, why don't the Democrats pass the legislation on their own?

Since the "fine" comes out of the IRS and it's part of the IRS taxation system, doesn't that sort of fit that it's interpreted as a tax?

The mandate was deemed constitutional only because the court interpreted it as a tax which placed the ACA under the congressional umbrella of "tax and spend" powers.
So people are getting "taxed" anyway and aren't even getting universal health care for it.
The worst of both worlds and that's our government in a nutshell innit.
I do not know where anyone ever got the idea that Obama was a Marxist. He wasn't even a socialist. He was pretty much a corporate capitalist president. I really wish you low info voters would educate yourselves properly.
