Heaven, hell, and all the rest are fairytales told to comfort pussies who are afraid of the end.

Instead of being afraid of the end, treat it like a deadline (pun intended) and get important shit done Now.

So, if you are on the Road to Shambala...try music.
Now, speaking of Shangri La, you needn't go anywhere to get there if
...you're in your place and you know where you are.
Seriously though, it isn't a physical place, you can get there from right where you are.

You ken be in your own little Shangri La

Its not the end but I don't know how to explain it in text, if we were all sitting down together I would explain. But fear not your last breath isn't the end for you.

That our conscience continues after our physical bodies expire.

Yeah, you might believe that. You might believe it to the point where you are convinced 100% that it is true.

But you do now know it.

Unless you are using a definition of the word "know" that allows for you to be wrong.

Okay. Even if you stood there and witnessed the life energy of a person leave their body and become a spirit and they said "I will be waiting for you." it does not mean that it will happen for everybody.

Maybe some people's consciousness continues, while other people's consciousness goes into a pool of life energy to be used by entirely new entities with their own unique consciousness (i.e. reincarnation).

You never know....
