Ive got the covid so im laying around a lot.
I feel great, until I get up and start trying to function.

You got Covid...again? That's just like my in-laws, they got the vaccine, and ended up getting Covid 3 times afterwards. I dunno if you got vaccinated, and it's none of my business.
Oh my, dizziness? Did you or do you have a fever? That's one sign of Covid but not 100% accurate. At least it's just a cold and not that crap from India called the "Nipah" (don't know if I spelled that correct.) virus. I read that shit fucks shit up. Like a 70% mortality rate. Damn!
Anyways, like I said get well...and don't do shit. Just get better.

I had the J&J shot and I only did it once.
I'm not terribly sick, my fever was only 99.5. Its definitely covid, I had the test at Urgent care. I had some crazy respitory attack...I dont know how else to describe it. Like an asthma attack or something. I went to urgent care and they gave me albuteral and some steroids. Tested me for covid and yep. I have it. I felt like absolutely shit for the first night....and im okay since. I just get dizzy spells and body aches.
Ive just been sleeping and lumping in bed lol.
Nipah?! Of COURSE it's from India!! I'm honestly surprised it took this long before some gnarly virus arose from that massive corpse toilet

Yeah, I read this new Covid variant is more contagious and really messes with lungs, especially in older people. (not implying you're old.)
I hope you're getting plenty of rest and fluids. I know you prolly don't feel like it, but you gotta eat. I was sick 4 weeks ago, and all I ate for 3 days was organic cornuts (lol), sparkling water, apple juice, saltines, freeze dried strawberries, beef jerky, and cough drops.
Just let it run its course, it's all you can do.
Right?!?! I mean India is soo clean. They don't put fecal matter on their cars and actually drive around.

Ive been eating okay. I've been taking all my regular vitamins but I added more C, some zinc (which makes me SO sick to my stomach if I dont eat with it) and elderberry.
I ate mashed up avocado with hemp hearts, olive oil and some sea salt LOL. It was easy, it worked, its got healthy fats. My man is gonna make steaks tomorrow and im looking forward to that. Ive been just snacking and grazing....nuts and crackers and cheese.
I got in the shower this morning and just sat in the water...I used a eucalyptus shower steamer that disappointed me. It did absolutely nothing. I so hoped it would be a nice eucalyptusy steam but...nothing. BUT the shower was amazing. It helped a lot.
How long were you sick? Everyone is getting sick lately. Glad you're recovered...I know a few people who have pneumonia right now and THAT scares me. That's one of the few illnesses that make me nervous because it can turn SO fast and become serious.
India has those nice, clean rat shit churches and when you're finish rolling in Hanta virus, you can stop at a local vender and get some good toe meat! Wash it down with street gutter juice spiced with local sewage. This country totally isnt going to cause the zombie apocalypse.
