How would anyone know they caught it from someone with no symptoms? The vast majority of people who get it DONT KNOW where they caught it. Even if you were exposed by someone in your house or someone you were around who got sick a week later.....you cant KNOW that's where you got it if you've been out and about.

Most asymptomatic people dont even get tested unless they have a reason to.
