I have whole house AC but also two smaller room units if I want to just cool a couple rooms.

We haven’t installed central air because of the roof. I have a small bedroom unit for us and his kids that works fine for the time being.

Gray water is good for landscaping.

I have a 5000 ltr rain water tank. Depending on the rain, it takes about a week to fill, and about a week to use it up when the dry season starts. My yard and garden is real important to me. In 2020 I had to buy water 4 times. What ever it takes.
