It's a small victory. They (GOP) aren't done yet. Why aren't all the people left of center celebrating a woman making decisions over her own body.

Small point to keep in mind, the 1864(?) is not repealed yet, AZ needs to attach an "Emergency Clause" in bills like this to make them instant. They did not, so this change will not take place until 90 days after the legislature adjourns the current session.
