Yeah Macs are expensive @Mr. Wednesday . I bought a cheap M1 Silicon Mac, wasn't impressed tho. The old intel macs seemed better. As long as you can snag an intel mac that still runs their latest OS X that might be a better option. I dunno. some mac users swear by the new technology, but isn't fer me.

I think that's what @RANCIDMILKO ™ ®© should get. They're $250-500 US & he could install multiple OS's on em including linux on separate hard drives.

It's a business expense, so I get to write off the erxpense with built-in depreciation, so "i'l.l get to write it off again next year and the year after that.
