Most people dont because they work, they are tired and they slip up on it. Its why they get rid of it. I think its one of the worst inventions ever. But some people gotta have it.

I ripped out my old carpet last year and now have hard floors everywhere except the bedrooms. It's so much better. X is right about carpets being filth collectors. Especially if you have pets.

Carpet is the cousin of lawn.... and equally retarded. You can't eat it, it requires constant attention, and it takes up room from gardens.

...but if you have livestock, it's cool.

Several hours of serial killer level meticulous cleaning per week for shit i dont even want and the man doesnt even want.

Its gonna go bye bye.....its on the list. But we had to put the roof, the appliances, the HVAC, the sump pump, and a new car first so....it wont be too much longer with this shit.

And vacuums are STUPID expensive. I dont even talk about what I spent on a vacuum.

I enjoy my yard and taking care of it. It needs less attention than the damn carpet.

Id rather be outside in the yard working in the garden with the time i spend vacuuming. We dont even have a "high traffick" house.

I rake the carpet before vacuuming every single day with the furr rake thing.

I definitely have the new floors picked out already lol

We still have to install a light over the pool table, and until then we play with some shadows on the table.
