I tried some gluten free spaghetti once. It sucked. The texture was gross and it didn't soak up the sauce right.

zucchini is too bitter...I eat Mexican grey squash, like zucchini without the bitter...it's awesome

well you have to "drain" it with paper towels first. I also remove the seeds
