it only takes three or four days, but they're a little rough. Drink as much water as you can tolerate in the meantime.

Yes my brother is 60 hes having health problems and doctors told him he should stop drinking but hes set un his ways and refuses to stop

I've been sober for 20+ years. I'm glad to hear that it's not a daily thing.

it's tough to stop if it's habitual and you're addicted

and even when you stop, you never really stop being an alcoholic. Always just 1 drink from falling back in

Idk how to help him he lost his wife a little over a year ago she was diagnosed with cancer and was gone within the month
