Nobody likes soggy rice. Duh. But there is such a thing as rice that is too dry. Lardo's rice is too dry.

When my buddy was first over from Laos, my mom asked him why sticky rice is so popular in Laos....more popular than regular white rice.

I love sticky rice. But if you do not have the right container (those baskets), it gets real hard and it is tought ot have as leftovers.
