@Lily, no, I eat twice a day, but yesterday I had three meals. My overreaction to yesterday was to not want to eat until just now. I don't know if I'll have a second meal today.

Just making the food go further @Fredricka i have a sunday roast rotation each week, chicken, beef, pork back to chicken, after chicken make a risotto, after beef or pork i do a stir fry with noodles.
