My mate used to live in Burnley, which is pretty high up, and they got snow every winter

I gotta walk my dog soon in freezing rain...from now until 10pm the weather forecast is zero degrees and 80% chance of precipitation. Just a few degrees lower and it would be nice fluffy snow....
