Chaos Control ☠️
Ya they dont proceed cuz theyll lose money chasing people down, if you ignore the notices theyll do nothing but harass youre provider.. some providers here will throttle your speeds if you get to many notices

I'm waiting for the Starlink price to fall, hope buy the time my current contract is up.

The only broadband we used to have here was 10-15Mbps radio. When Starlink lowered the price of equipment, a lot of people in my region started getting their service and dumping the radio. For YEARS we asked them to bring fiber here (the city 10 km from here already has it) and when they started losing customers, they found a way to bring fiber around.

They went around asking people to go back, offering the same speed for 1/2 the price of Starlink.

However, trees falling are a constant problem here and with Starlink, as long as you have a small power station, you never lose access.

And knowing these people, they'll sell you a 200 Mbps package but after a while, you get 50 Mbps tops during the day, maybe not even during weekends

I've noticed SL speed always remains constant.
