they were. Some guys were really skilled at it. Could make the car drift and it was a blast to watch. Plus they had pinball machines. This was way before video games.

I can make my C8 Corvettte drift easily...when I take off the traction control. Even with the ultra sticky fat rear tires (are they 305s?), I just have to give it a shot of gas with the steering wheel turned and I can get a drift going....

It was easier in my Z28 for me just because I was so used to it...I am getting better in my Arctic White C8 Corvette, though.
