Its almost 90 here, but breezy. We put the ac on for the first time

We've been running the ac off and on the last few weeks. It gets so hot upstairs there's no choice.

It's hot here today too, but my ac hasn't gone on yet.

I'm lucky as I have a lot of trees shading the house, so my ac bill doesn't get out of hand.

my apartment only gets morning sun, but we're on the top floor of a 4 story building so the residual heat is still high. Why we pay less than 100 a winter for propane. Always warm in the place.

Me too! I did finally master cooking steak on an electric stove

We had an electric stove years ago. We hated it so much we always made sure any place we moved to had a gas stove.

we pay 250 a month for electric, water and sewer year round on the average Reg

The ac doesnt really make but a 20 or 30 dollar difference when we need it.

That includes water and sewer and garbage? That's not too bad. My electric bill is usually around $60. My gads bill can get up there in the winter, but during the warm it's like under 20 bucks a month. Everything else is separate, but it all evens out in the end, I suppose.
