Im going to a music festival real soon, and they have yoga in the morning. Figured that might be a good place to try

I use to do Martial Arts for a LONG time. I was always in good shape

Its all about that stretching and cardio

Yoga is excellent. I started during the first lockdown and never stopped. Almost every day of my life for getting on 2 1/2 years.
