They're farm raised @Weeg . @Seamajor capybara meat is pretty lean, bbqing them is not ideal. I'll probably use a frying pan with a bit of olive oil, that's how the guy who sold me the meat recommended. @realgrimm they're a lot like pork, just less fatty.
Hmmm I like pig.. so in a wrap would be ideal .. interesting , Ive had Goat, Buffalo ,Pig.. I dont do seafood at all , well battered Cod,Halibut or Haddock.. hate that fishy taste..
