Of course, housing is not affordable here. But I don't know that PA is 3x cheaper than CA housing prices...

You could find a condo here for around $1500-2000 a month in parts of CA and earn much more.

Not on the coast, probably the interior part of the state...but earn more

Those rental prices are too high for the wages paid in your region.

Probably same size. It's not more space, but better pay that might be possible.
