Boards thrive on conflict. Boot out the source of really genuinely engaging conflict, and your board turns into a fucking bible study meeting where everybody agrees until everybody falls asleep.

Not really. The spammer has finally been sequestered. Forum put in the archives and not allowed to spam SF anymore. so SF is quite lively.

I got banned for pissing Eggs off, which isn't against the rules -- spamming outside the spamming subfora, however, is. Or was, maybe that rule got changed, since they weren't enforcing it.
