Trump's birthright citizenship EO is not going to be upheld. Doing it as an EO was an error on his part; it's going to take an Article V to get it done as a Constitutional Amendment.

That's my main bitch about Trump. He's a sneaky fucker that knows the rules and tries every dirty trick in the book including his endless lies to try to circumvent established protocol.

Not always. Occasionally? Indisputably. But not always. He's a bully, and as much as pop culture tells us bullies don't win, the truth is that they do.

One thing that SCOTUS *can* do is lay a blanket sledgehammer down on these judges who keep overstepping the Separation of Powers and interfering in Executive Branch personnel issues.

Eleventy-billionteen dollars to a bunch of fairies trying to set up a gay kabuki theater in Goatfuckistan, and backchanneling 99.8% of it back to Democrat politicians in the U.S. That kind of shit.

No, it won't take an amendment. There has been only one SCOTUS ruling on the issue that is ambiguous at best. The 14th referred solely to freed negroes after the Civil War, not to Mexican cunts dropping kids in our emergency rooms to get them some free bennies from the stupid gringo, and that's what it has become.
