I’m moving back soon after 26 years. My house is in escrow and under contract. I’m excited, and sad

I want to be close to things I grew up with, Clamming on Tómales bay, hunting mushrooms in the hills. Concerts in the park. That kind of thing. It’s always about tourism here, and way expensive
