I used to try to get him to join me on forums. Like 12 years ago. He refuses to have anything to do with it lol

He doesn't love that I do it. He sees it as a sign I'm not happy in my life....and he isn't wrong about that either. If I'm posting a lot it's definitely because I'm not happy in my life. Not completely at least.

That's very obvious to me now considering that I'm truly very happy in my life and I dont have the attention span or desire to get all into being on forums or fighting with people. I'll scroll and post for a few days and lose interest for a while and I definitely don't have the patience to argue about politics anymore.

If I were on them like I was a few years ago he would feel like he was failing me.

Well, yeah. But I left California six years ago. Anyway, I know I and most of the adjuncts I knew could not afford it. I certainly don't feel like going into the details of my income on a troll board. But trust me, I knew what was going on with it when I spent my years uninsured. Every single cent we earned went into just surviving.

I don’t know how other people do it tbh. My friend is self employed with her husband and they are paying $1100 for him and about $800 for her each month

I pay 175 a month for my healthcare and that covers everything, including my meds

I have lifetime medical from my employer...but when I become Medicare eligible, I have to go to Medicare

They will pay what medicare may not cover.

Medicare is very good coverage, especially if you good a good advantage plan that criminals arent running

Yup. I had no employer coverage and my husband was self employed. It was no way to live. The US sucks.
