Usually when leaders win elections, they have messages of conciliation and try to unify their country & solidify relatins with traditional allies

Generally, what people mean by, 'A suitable Republican' is, 'a Democrat embedded in the GOP'.

Well I don't see how Trump is gonna unite Americans or have its allies back the USA.

And, yes, it will take a team. But weigh the results of the team enforcing the corrupt status quo. That's not the team this country needs; if anything, the uniparty has been an albatross around the peoples' collective neck. That team has to go. And it is kicking and screaming. ie - USA's budget deficits are going sky high. So is Europe, Japan & Canada.

Inflation and slowing economies are a problem in these countries too
