Yes, Palm Spings...highs are in the high 60's low 70's

It's freaking raining here, but 50 degrees which is weird for the Northeast this time of year.

It happens a lot in January, last december it rained all month and flooded everything. We at least had a white xmas. Now everything is slush

Sounds awful. I can't imagine dealing with snow on a day ti day basis.

The coast has had some strong storms the last week to 10 days or so.

My truck has a remote start, so I just warm it up before using it on the cold mornings and it's easy to get the snow off.

Do you have to shovel your sidewalk and driveway?

The property management company does all that. I have to clear my car off though.
