I seriously could not imagine dating in my 40s or even befriending men.

Dating nearing 50 is a non-starter for most anybody, I would think.

when they message some wierd shit and then say I'm sorry, me and my wife argued about you, I'm out. Had same guy do it twice. We were never a thing just friends. Should have never gave a 2nd chance for his wellbeing.

Yeah, he probably was showing her signs that his interest was more than friendship. The only men that I've ever been able to have real friendships with are my gay friends.

The holidays were quite nice, low key just focused on my kids and grandkids. How were yours?

my holidays were the same, all kids and grandson. Really nice and relaxed.

I feel that way about my grandson and the grandbaby girl. But, he's a little soul mate. I see so much of myself in him.

Courtney is a rainbow baby, he's named after his dad. We couldn't think of a better name.

His dad if a fantastic father, I have much respect for him.

That's fantastic. My SIL is a great dad to my grandson and the new baby too.

Is he a step daddy to the first or did I misunderstand? It was definately hard at the moment, we all kind of have a sigh of relief after the fact and seeing that for many reason it wasn't meant to be.

I mean great job ob being a father but you're a little more exceptional because that's not your blood but that's your child.

He's a stepdad to my grandson since he was about 4 and new dad to my granddaughter.
