Each casino has Slots, Blackjack, and Roulette except for the Ultra-Luxe, which only has Blackjack. Each casino has a 10K jackpot limit. Took the Tops for 27K and Gamorrah for 14K, then they kicked me out. lol

Wish I could have done that IRL, I think my RL Luck stat is like 2 or something. lmfao

Fallout uses a character stat matrix called SPECIAL, or Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, and Luck. Each goes from 1 to 10, with the defaults all set to 5 and the player receiving 5 points to allocate across the stats matrix.
