Morning. One of the frameworks my game runs on got updated yesterday, and it improved framerate noticeably.

A mod called New Vegas Tick Fix. It uses the New Vegas Script Extender engine-hooking framework. Yesterday, it got updated to trick the game into believing it's running in Fullscreen mode even if you run it in Fullscreen-windowed mode, enabling the Flip presentation model.
