It can be, especially the big cities and the attractions. But even Yosemite gets 3 million visitors a year.

I go to Kings Canyon that only gets about 10% of Yosemite's traffic, just as beautiful.

The closest thing to a churrascarias I've had is a bbq at a friend's house whose family is Argentine.

Argentine's are also very serious about bbq meat...beef, sausage, pork, chicken, turkey...and the chimichurri
