This is Day 10 of keto for me. Wow, it's been a strange trip. But things are changing for the better.

@Jack, I've been doing IF for a year and a half, and was going mostly low carb, but I was upping the carbs again, and going on keto has really put me through it. Still doing IF, roughly 18/6.

Portuguese women are very strong. Lots of women doctors, lawyers, architects, professors, farmers, etc., these days, though traditionally they were definitely stay at home moms.
