Yeah. Catch them ahead of the curve. I was eating quite well, and doing IF for 2 years on top of it, but I still allowed myself carbs. Turns out, I really cannot do carbs. Day 2 of keto my back stopped hurting. It was getting really bad. My dad had my same back. He had surgeries, and every time his back got worse.
 
Now, after 16 days, I don't really have carb cravings at all. I am just sick of eating the same stuff all the time, and worrying about how much protein I'm getting.
 
I have black seed oil. Cool, thanks. I have issues with dairy. Maybe plain greek yogurt now and then, but mostly stay away from it. I love cottage cheese, but can't do it.
 
I was buying bakery-made sour dough in a baguette. That shit is delicious, and sourdough is supposed to be easier to digest. But I had to say goodbye to that. I miss that the most. Freshly made -- so delicious.
