It's cold, foggy, and humid here....

Yeah... gets down to around freezing every night in the low altitudes

thats not too bad. It gets to 20 or 30 below here some winter days. We're in the middle of summer

It's a very misty/foggy near zero. Much worse than the -20's and -30's I grew up with.

when the mist hits dew point it can make everything glaze over with ice at that temp

The moisture cuts through clothing layers and the skin.

Only time I had hypothermia was here.

Yes. when it's hot it's sticky and when it's cold it's freezing. Sucks

What I'm wearing would easily work in a dry -10 to -15, but it's just coping at 34 F.

It snows in the mountains and hills. I lived in the hills. Melts off in a couple hours usually
