I never order delivery. More rural than you though and all my favorite eating places are within walking distance. Take out is a thing.

Everytime I contemplate ordering delivery.... even basic...I see the 3 x Hamburgers with no chips summary, and go fuck that. I can make better hamburgers for 3 bucks apiece than what they charge for 20 bucks apiece.

take out is the way to go. you order what you want and go pick it up yourself. If they fuck the order up they always make it better than right. win win. Plus I'd rather tip the restaurant.
