If Kimmel lied, as you say, it was about the shooter. So what does Charlie's wife have to do with that? I don't get where her standing in such a lawsuit comes fromm... is she suing on behalf of the shooter? Doesn't the shooter have a say in whether or not Kimmel defamed him?
