Of course, these days, it's harder to get in by merit alone, because a lot of seats are reserved to minorities.

In the end, most that got in that way end up dropping their studies because they simply can't keep up

@Weeg I hear you but if I go to the ER they are just going to make me site out there for 9 hours. I just took another BP test and my readout was good. I must have been a little too worked up the first time. The 103 is now a 92.

My stepson is a great example of that

He couldn't go to the federal because his Portuguese wasn't good (he came to Brazoo when he was 13, so he never picked up the language, especially writing)
